We’re currently working with Neena to find a home, and the experience has been excellent so far. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and really takes the time to understand what we’re looking for. She’s been patient, proactive, and always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. We feel confident having her on our side and would highly recommend her to anyone starting their home search.

WARNING: Stay Away – Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a very negative experience dealing with Neena Mann. We had a pre-closing inspection scheduled a week in advance and confirmed with her earlier that same day. After driving over an hour to attend, I was left waiting at the property and received a message approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled time that she would not be coming. When we called to understand what was happening, she advised that another listing appointment had come up in Chilliwack. When we explained that this was a scheduled inspection tied to the sales agreement, her response was: “things happen, too bad,” and that we could “make a complaint” if we had an issue. This was not a minor inconvenience. The missed appointment interfered with a time-sensitive inspection and affected our ability to complete due diligence and, in my view, may amount to a breach of the agreement. There were also additional issues with Neena on this transaction that almost made me not purchase this home that I loved. Based on this experience, I would not work with Neena Mann in any way ever again, and I personally would not use RE/MAX. If you’re looking for professionalism, accountability, or even basic decency, look elsewhere.
